Caullett Comics is an independent comic publisher focused on building bold, character-driven stories across multiple genres. We’re always looking to collaborate with passionate writers, artists, and creators who want to create something meaningful and grow with us.

What We’re Looking For

We are currently accepting submissions in the following categories:

  • Superhero (traditional or grounded)

  • Dark / Mature / NSFW stories

  • Action / Adventure

  • Psychological / Character-driven

  • Horror / Supernatural

  • Unique, original worlds and concepts

We value:

  • Strong characters with depth

  • Clear storytelling and structure

  • Unique voices and perspectives

  • Long-term series potential

Writers — What to Submit

If you’re a writer looking to publish with us, please include:

  • Story Synopsis (1–2 pages)
    Overview of your story, major plot points, and direction

  • Script Pages (5–10 pages preferred)
    Fully written and formatted comic script

  • Character Descriptions
    Main cast, motivations, and roles

  • Series Plan (optional but recommended)
    Where the story goes long-term

If you do not currently have an artist, we can help connect you with artists who offer affordable page rates.

Artists — What to Submit

If you’re an artist looking to work with us, please include:

  • Portfolio (sequential pages preferred)

  • Examples of interior pages (panel storytelling)

  • Cover work (if available)

  • Your strengths (action, emotion, realism, stylized, etc.)

  • Your availability

  • Your personal page rates (optional but recommended)

Intellectual Property, Creative Control & Revenue

At Caullett Comics, we prioritize creator ownership and creative freedom while working together to build strong, publishable stories.

  • Ownership:
    Creators retain full ownership of their original ideas, characters, and stories.

  • Creative Control:
    Creators maintain primary creative control over their projects. Caullett Comics may offer suggestions and editorial feedback, but final creative direction remains with the creator.

  • Publishing Rights:
    Caullett Comics holds the right to approve or decline projects for publication under the brand. Once approved, Caullett Comics is granted the rights to print, publish, and distribute the work for as long as the project is being published under Caullett Comics.

  • Revenue Split:
    Revenue generated through published projects is split 60/40 in favor of the creator. Specific terms may be discussed depending on the scope of the project.

  • Merchandise & Licensing:
    Any merchandise, licensing, or adaptation deals will be handled under a separate agreement and are not included in the standard publishing terms.

Submission Guidelines

  • All work must be original (no fan fiction or licensed characters)

  • You must own the content or have permission from all collaborators

  • Submissions should be clearly formatted and readable

  • Maintain respectful and professional communication
